This guesthouse is absolutely terrible! One star is too much! The owner confirmed our booking via WhatsApp, then just sent a "Hello" and went silent. We thought it was spam and blocked him, but then we received an email saying he had cancelled our reservation! We had already guaranteed the booking with our credit card! The landlord was very aggressive and utterly awful. Very awfully, no email, no phone call, contact via WhatsApp and only say "Hello," no introduction. He cancelled our booking without telling us! So schlecht!
