I'm a delivery driver. I had a customer with an order who was at your hotel, but unfortunately, the receptionist didn't know how to speak or, more accurately, act. He prevented me from going up to the customer, and at night I found the hotel door locked and the receptionist fast asleep.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is very clean and the service is exemplary. The staff are lovely and attentive, especially Mr. Rachid, a very helpful and friendly gentleman who is always available, as well as Mr. Hamid and the cleaning staff who do a remarkable job. The hotel is ideally located in the city center, near Quemado Beach.

I would like to share my exceptional experience at this hotel. The value for money is excellent, and the location is simply unbeatable. It's a real pleasure to be right in the heart of the city, just steps from the beautiful Quemado Beach and the marina. I would especially like to thank Mr. Rachid, who was incredibly helpful and remarkably kind. His warm welcome made our stay even more memorable. It's the kind of service that makes you want to come back!
