Good value for money, professional and friendly staff, I recommend them far more than any other hairdresser in the neighborhood.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I called an hour beforehand to make an appointment and was given a slot. But once I arrived, one of the hairdressers, who had gray hair, behaved very disrespectfully: she ran away from the counter, muttering, when she saw my daughter's 4C hair. So I left immediately.

Amina is very welcoming and attentive, taking meticulous care of each strand with expertise and natural kindness. However, there is one small drawback: the comfort level upstairs needs improvement, particularly regarding ventilation, air conditioning, and hygiene. I'm not lowering my rating, but I'm mentioning it so I can return often.

A very bad experience. The hairdresser was inexperienced, the cut was poorly executed, and the blow-dry was a disaster. I asked for a short bob and left with a catastrophic haircut. The facial was also overpriced at 70 euros for a basic treatment. I'm giving two stars for the welcome and the professionalism of the person who did my pedicure. Otherwise, it was a huge disappointment, and I find the prices excessive.

Two stars only because of the friendliness of the receptionist who handles appointments. However, the experience with the esthetician was very disappointing. She was particularly unpleasant, didn't even bother to say hello, and, most importantly, offered no choice regarding the service. I was forced to use a more expensive method without being consulted beforehand. This isn't about the price, but about principles and respect for the customer. The salon is clean and pleasant, but I absolutely do not recommend it because of this experience.
