😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 This is the first and last time I will ever book an appointment with them. I had booked an appointment for a permanent manicure and received a confirmation via WhatsApp. However, when I arrived at the agreed time, I was informed that there was no one there to take care of me. I find this situation very disappointing, especially since my appointment had been confirmed.

I went to this salon for a manicure and pedicure. The staff is very welcoming, kind, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely want to do a good job, which gives this salon a lot of potential. However, the quality of the services needs improvement. During my pedicure, all my toes were injured, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, my cuticles weren't properly removed, which detracts from the final result. I'm leaving this review in a constructive spirit, because with better technical skills, this salon could offer a much better experience to its clients.
