Seven 7 guys

The service was incredibly slow (45 minutes) even though there were only four of us in the restaurant. The cook yelled at the waiter because he asked her to put down her phone and do her job. There were no pancakes even though they were ordered, the brunch menu was incomplete, and half the place settings were missing. The food was inedible, and the iced vanilla coffee was hot but without vanilla. I don't understand all the positive reviews because it was absolutely terrible. If the owner sees this review, he should know that I asked to see him to show him the state of the table and the food, but he wasn't there, which doesn't surprise me because when things go wrong, everyone backs down and no one takes responsibility.
