I had a "spa" manicure with polish and a simple pedicure with polish. Unfortunately, the services were very disappointing. 400 dirhams for a manicure that didn't even last four hours—I'm extremely disappointed. The polish chipped and wasn't applied properly (very messy around the cuticles). A cuticle oil would have been a nice touch. As for my feet, they did look pretty. Unfortunately, I won't be returning and I won't recommend them to anyone I know. Best of luck to you.

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked an appointment for 2:00 PM, expecting that my time would be respected. Instead, when I arrived, another client was only just beginning her manicure. I was left waiting for around 30 minutes without any explanation or acknowledgement. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, my concern was completely dismissed. I was told, “That’s okay,” as if wasting a client’s time was normal. I explained that it was not okay! that if appointments are not respected, then customers should be informed in advance rather than being asked to wait indefinitely, at least I’ll know what to expect! The response I received was shocking: “If you like, stay. If you don’t, you can leave.” As someone who has been a regular customer, having had my hair cut there twice and my nails done without previous issues, I never expected to be treated with such disrespect. Delays happen, but professionalism is measured by how a business handles them. A sincere apology, an explanation, or even a warning before I came would have been enough. Instead, I was met with indifference, dismissiveness, and what felt like being shown the door for simply expecting the appointment I had booked to be honored. This experience reflects a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and unacceptable customer service. Sadly, I will never return, and I cannot recommend a business that treats loyal clients this way.

It was my first visit to this salon, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the services, the elegant setting, and the attention given to clients.
