I am writing to express my outrage at the unacceptable experience I had at your establishment. From the outset, I ordered a dish with a modification. When I was informed that this modification was not possible, I immediately changed my order without any problem, resulting in a three-course meal. Despite this, your team made a series of errors: You served me a Dragon Eye when I had ordered a Crunchy, even though I had clearly stated that I do not eat salmon. The Exotic Roll was never served. The chef himself confirmed that he had never received this order, which demonstrates a serious malfunction in the order processing system. The third course arrived after a wait of over an hour, while all the tables that arrived much later had already been served. Faced with this situation, I went to the cashier to find out what was happening. It was at that moment that I discovered my order simply hadn't been processed correctly. Instead of acknowledging your mistakes and apologizing, one of your servers spoke to me arrogantly and with a complete lack of respect. What's most shocking is that you still charged me for the dish I was served in error (which I had no choice but to eat), as well as the drinks. In other words, I paid for your own mistakes. You completely ruined my evening. I left your restaurant at 11 p.m. without having had a proper dinner. This level of incompetence, coupled with the unprofessionalism and disrespectful behavior of your staff, is simply unacceptable for an establishment that claims to offer quality service.

I went there with my lovely wife for dinner ..she was excited to try Asian cuisine, so we planned to enjoy a variety of flavors. Unfortunately, "soupe royal", "soupe fruits mer" and "salade vitnamienne" didn't meet our expectations, with the rest of the dishes were OK. The music was spanish, wich didn't really match the restaurant's japense atmosphere, and it was quite hot inside .. On the positive side, the waitress was very professional and welcoming .. Overall, it was an OK experience .. #FaroukWasHere
