Salon new style

A very bad experience at this salon, which I strongly advise against. I had inquired beforehand by phone and message about the price, and I was given a specific price. Once I arrived, the price had increased and was no longer the same as the one I had been quoted. I find this completely unprofessional and, above all, irresponsible. In addition to that, the reception was truly appalling. They were neither friendly nor welcoming, and I felt absolutely uncomfortable. And the most shocking thing was the hygiene: I saw cockroaches in the salon. For me, this is completely unacceptable in an establishment that serves clients. In short, a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. A lack of professionalism, hygiene, and professionalism. I will never go back and I strongly advise against this salon.

Very bad experience. I booked an appointment on the website with the price listed. At the end of the service, they told me it was double the price shown, claiming it was an error. It's a scam... Not to mention the mediocre pedicure... no cream or foot massage.

She takes the time to understand your expectations and performs meticulous work with great care. One small drawback: the website indicated that the salon was closed, which worried me a little. The hairdresser wasn't there when I arrived, but she quickly came and arrived within 15 to 20 minutes. Despite this slight delay, it was well worth the wait. I recommend this salon for the quality of service, the professionalism, and the final result. Haircut and blow-dry for me and my daughter.

I'm disappointed with my experience. I had provided a reference photo, but the result was very different from what I had asked for. Instead of the blow-dry I wanted, I was given curls, which wasn't what I wanted at all. It was the first and last time I'll ever go to this salon. It's a shame, because I was hoping for a more professional result that better matched my request.

Every summer when I come to Tiznit, I always stop by New Style. I arrived on Monday and I've already had my little pampering session with Latifa. Honestly, it feels amazing. She really takes her time, she's gentle, she knows what she's doing, and you leave feeling relaxed with fresh skin. The place is gorgeous, clean, and classy, ​​but not over the top.
