I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. The service was truly lacking, and the management was far from professional. I had an appointment for 11:30 a.m., but the person scheduled didn't arrive until 12:45 p.m., without any explanation or respect for the agreed-upon time. What was most disappointing was that another client was discreetly seen before me, even though I had been waiting for over an hour. When I pointed this out, the manager's reaction was completely unprofessional, with grimaces and an inappropriate attitude instead of simply trying to handle the situation properly. A professional salon should, above all, respect its appointments, its clients, and know how to handle unforeseen circumstances with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that wasn't the experience I had here. I do not recommend this salon.

Extremely disappointed. I asked for ombré hair, a service that was listed on your menu. In the end, I ended up with simple highlights, which is far from the expected result. I am absolutely not satisfied and I will have to get my hair colored over it to cover up the disaster you've created. The result: 700 DH down the drain. If you don't master a technique, it's better not to offer it. Just type "ombré hair" into Google to see that what was done to me was just highlights, not a true ombré. The service was also far too long. The hairdresser seemed hesitant and asked me numerous questions before starting, whereas when I came to inquire earlier, she seemed to have perfectly understood what I wanted. Finally, during my initial visit to ask for information, I was quoted a price of 600 DH. On the day of the appointment, I ended up having to pay 700 DH without any explanation. Given this experience, I am extremely disappointed. I will not be returning and I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

I've been coming here for 5 years and it's always great, they're all very talented, I recommend Reda or Fatimazahra for hairstyles!
