Very warm welcome, very beautiful
Breakfast is great, served by the most gentle person in the world. The night staff member was also very kind, and that’s it. It’s clearly one of those places that needs Someone better in charge. Let me help: - remove the excess of curtains, pillows and carpets. After walking in a city full of sand, that’s the last thing you want. If you are allergic, you can die from it; - switch the lady in the reception, she doesn’t deserve the job, comparing to the other staff members; - switch the shower taps, it’s just impossible to control hot water; - make flexible prices, it’s ridiculous expensive for the quality of the service; - fix Ac’s; - install decent door locks; - promote the breakfast lady to receptionist, her smile in the morning it’s everything you lack; You’re welcome.
My stay at the riad was simply unforgettable and ranks among the most wonderful vacation experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with unparalleled hospitality, which continued throughout my entire stay. The staff, always attentive and service-oriented, ensured that I lacked nothing and that all my wishes were fulfilled. The riad's location couldn't be better. Right in the vibrant heart of the city, yet a peaceful oasis of calm and relaxation, allowing me to wonderfully escape the hustle and bustle outside. The ambiance is a marvelous blend of traditional architecture and modern comfort, creating a timeless elegance. Dinner at the riad is an absolute must. The quality of the food was outstanding – a symphonic explosion of flavors, where each dish was unique yet deeply rooted in traditional cuisine. The passion and skill with which the food is prepared are palpable. All in all, the riad offers an exquisite escape from everyday life and an unparalleled introduction to the warm, generous culture of the country. The combination of impressive hospitality, first-class service, and culinary excellence has left an indelible impression. I will undoubtedly return and am already looking forward to my next relaxing stay in this urban oasis. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for an invaluable and wonderful time.
Beautiful, authentic riad with some unusual, late-Baroque-style details. Fantastic cuisine, the best dinner I've ever had in Morocco – three times! The young lady in the kitchen is a culinary magician, and her hospitality and friendliness are second to none. 😀🥰😀🥰😀
The contrast between the street and this lush interior garden is fabulous! If you love Moroccan tradition, impeccable service, and refinement, treat yourself. The rooms are all different and offer exquisite comfort. You can also dine at the restaurant. The terrace overlooks the entire city all the way to the ocean.
A fabulous and exotic place. We highly recommend spending at least one night (or even more) at Riad du Soleil d'Orient. Olivier and his team gave us a very warm welcome. Breakfast and dinner were superb. The staff is very pleasant, discreet, and polite. The room was quiet, clean, and fresh. If we were to return to El Jadida, we would definitely stay at Olivier's riad again. Thank you for your warm welcome, and we wish you continued success. Sincerely, Aurélie and Jérôme (and maybe one day the jacuzzi 😉😁)
This place is sumptuous and magical... Ollivier and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome... a truly exceptional service is guaranteed... located just a hundred meters from the ramparts, the souk, and the sea... if you want to experience the full force of the Moroccan atmosphere, go there without hesitation.
A very bad experience. I booked a stay for my parents at this riad, and I contacted them by message to request special attention, which they confirmed. However, the exact opposite happened: there was no water in the rooms, the breakfast was subpar, with pancakes served from the day before and simply reheated, not to mention the state of the table. My parents were treated with prejudice because they were Moroccan. This establishment knows how to treat foreigners well, but not Moroccans, and I find that very disappointing! The worst part is that when I asked for an explanation about what happened, the owner told me she doesn't discriminate because her employees are all "Moroccan." I was stunned; I don't understand the relationship between customers and employees. I do not recommend this establishment.
