Incredible rude host

A warm welcome, the owners Christelle and Pierre are incredibly kind and exceptional. They are so attentive, the place is spotless, and the breakfast is generous and varied. They clearly love what they do. We've traveled quite a bit, and this is by far the best bed and breakfast we've stayed in from a human perspective. Thanks also to Iddir, Benabad Chafiq, and Michelle.

Christelle and Pierre are perhaps the most welcoming and friendly hosts of any hotel or BnB I have ever stayed at. The Riad is immaculately presented with comfortable rooms, air con and all of the amenities you might expect but the owners and staff go far beyond what would be expected to make your stay as comfortable and worthwhile as possible. After choosing to eat at the Riad on our last night we were left wishing we had chosen to eat there every night, indeed we should have realised how good the food was by the incredible smells coming from the kitchen each day. The pool side is secluded and private and a great way to escape the heat of the midday sun. After spending a few nights prior in Marrakech this was the perfect place to relax and unwind and a great base from which to explore what Ouarzazate had to offer. No ask was any trouble for the owners and they were able to organise a driver and tour for us, taking any stress out of our hands. Completely faultless, Merci!

This riad is highly recommended. The owners are incredibly warm and helpful. The entire riad is stylishly furnished with attention to detail. Both dinner and breakfast were very generous and delicious. Parking is available on the street right in front of the house. The street and the airport are quite noisy during the day, but it's fine at night. The owners even helped us change a tire. We would definitely stay there again. Excellent!

We initially only planned to stay one night, but the warmth and friendliness of the hosts and staff convinced us to extend our stay. Not only are the rooms comfortable, but the decor is very tasteful, and the food is plentiful and excellent. They anticipate your every need. What a welcome!!! A huge thank you to Pierre and Christelle...and Tsona. We happened to knock on their door one evening at 5 pm, and they immediately found a solution for us and our two children. Impeccable cleanliness, and the meals and breakfast were simply incredible! The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We'll be back!

This is my fifth time touring Morocco, so I've stayed in many riads, kasbahs, and hotels throughout the country. Riad Parfums de Ouarzazate was truly exceptional! The large, tastefully and functionally furnished room combines Moroccan flair with European standards. The furnishings were spotless and new, with no musty carpets, dripping showers, or broken hooks. Instead, there was a hairdryer in the bathroom, a flat-screen Astra TV, and incredibly comfortable beds. Pierre and his team anticipated my every need: from laundry and deliveries to trips into town, to specific meal requests, beer and wine, and afternoon biscuits. Another highlight was the very generous breakfast, which could be enjoyed in the dining room, while watching breakfast on TV, on the terrace, or by the pool. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and extended it by a few days. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!
