Riad Kheirredine Marrakech

Our stay at Riad Kheirredine was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome — offering mint tea, cool towels, and genuine hospitality. The riad itself is stunning: beautifully decorated, peaceful, and full of charm. The rooftop terrace quickly became our favorite spot, with a view of the Atlas Mountains. We had an amazing dinner there with delicious italian food and drinks made by the skillful bartender. The food was fresh and delicious every morning, with different ingredients every day. Our room felt like straight out of a royal palace, full of decorations, very spacious and attention to detail with all the amenities you could think of. It’s easily one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

As a global luxury traveler I have to say this Riad exceeded my expectations in every respect. Location is perfect for medina exploration. Food and food service was great but the truly outstanding characteristic was the front desk/staff care and attention to their guests. Hind (our concierge) made us feel welcome, safe and attended to in every way. We stayed at a Fairmont and a Four Seasons (Casablanca and Tangier) and the service here was equal or better 😎

This Riad is located in the old part of Marrakech with its narrow winding streets without the traffic or noise of the city. The common areas and the rooms are decorated with a charm that makes you feel as though you have stepped into a beautiful world lost in time. Despite its old world charm, the rooms are appointed with all the modern comforts. The staff were fantastic and went out of there way to care for us. Every staff member we interacted with spoke both French and English fluently. When we ventured out of the Riad, we were given a dedicated cell phone to call the Riad if we were lost or to arrange for a taxi to return to the hotel. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

What a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. We cannot say enough positive things about this Riad, the staff, and the experience overall. Every single staff member (not exaggerating) was always ready to assist you and made you feel at home. They recognized you personally throughout your stay and paid close attention to your needs as well as tendencies. Always with a smile. We found that their restaurant was by far the best food we experienced in the city. Not to mention the rooftop views were unmatched. Highly recommend dining with them often as we did. There are so many options to consider when looking for a Riad. We stayed at one in Fez and this one in Marrakesh. The 5 star hotel description fits this business to a "t". Every single aspect was handled with the utmost professionalism.

This is a truly special Riad. We stayed for 6 nights, and did not want to leave. The rooms, common spaces, restaurant, and hammam are exquisitely designed and decorated to create a luxurious, personal, and peaceful experience. Every physical detail has been thought through and executed beautifully. But the most striking thing for me about Riad Kheirredine are the people who work there. The genuine kindness and warmth of the staff is different from any hotel I have ever visited. The staff magically anticipated our needs and made us feel like family. Every request we made was met with exceptional warmth and care. Picture the best concierge experience you’ve had and multiply that by 10! They arranged guides to orient us to the souks, drivers to take us to various activities, and even helped us arrange a complicated shopping situation. And the restaurant is excellent and offers a wonderful variety of Moroccan and Italian options. You will not regret booking here!!

From the staff to the rooms, it’s not just a regular stay, it’s an experience. Will be always be my priority choice in Marrakech.

An absolutely incredible experience. The staff at the Kheirredine are the best that I've ever come across in any hotel I've stayed at. Everyone is extremely friendly, professional, and excellent at their jobs. My wife and I came here on a recommendation from a friend, and the riad far exceeded our expectations. The concierge helped with everything from activities, to dinner recommendations, to tips on getting around the city. Marrakesh is a busy and exciting city, but the Kheirredine made it easier for us to navigate, and a much more special experience. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat, and recommend it to anyone coming to stay. A few highlights: - the prices at the riad were extremely fair, between dinners and any extras, like alcohol and snacks - delicious breakfast included each morning - they provide you with a phone to contact them at any point for cab pickups or help with whatever you need like navigating the city - amazing concierge to help with plans. We arranged a medina tour and a hot air balloon ride - incredibly quick and great room service - free laundry service was a life saver - we booked the Imperial Suite, it was massive and spacious.
