Riad Fes Nass Zmane

This review is not about the property rather about its management. The location is horrible. Inside the maze of alleyways of the old city that the GPS is inactive but many local young men are active to harass you for a tip. After an hour of search we could not find the property but the harassment was so much that our spouses refused to continue and demanded that we leave the neighbourhood. After finding the car with much difficulty we left and informed the hotel. They insisted that we should have sent them our location so they could help us find our way. Our explanation that without a functioning GPS sending the location would have been impossible, fell on deaf ears. Even Booking.com asked the hotel to forego charging us but the hotel was not open to the idea and charged us the full fee.

A wonderful riad in Fez!!

Our stay has been exceptionally delightful. Lofti and his team ensured our best experience in Fes, being responsive from booking to our departure. The riad's cuisine, from the generous breakfast to the exceptional royal couscous, was a highlight. The spacious, clean rooms and the welcoming staff contributed to a wonderful immersion into Moroccan culture. I wholeheartedly recommend this riad a thousand times over.

Everything was great :) The stuff was amazing. They were super nice and friendly, helped us with everything and gave us the most warm feeling we could ask for. The place decoration is beautiful, it really looks like a place you see in movies and it all felt like magic. The location is perfect, we walked to all the places we wanted to see by foot and it's close to all the main attractions. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very big, comfortable and beautiful, like everything in this megical place :) The breakfast was great, full of tasty marrocan things, just perfect. Definitely the best place we've been in marroco and one of the best places we've ever been. Thank you for this wonderful experience :)

The highest terrace in Fes overlooking the whole Medina....

A truly magical and enchanting moment; we celebrated a birthday there, and it was a moment of pure wonder. The meal was sublime. The owners took us on a nostalgic journey back to our youth with succulent and authentic dishes, the kind our elders used to make. The service was impeccable and professional. Thank you, Oussama and Fatema-Zahra. I highly recommend this place, where class, authenticity, and professionalism perfectly complement Ryad Fas Nass Zmane.
