Riad El Hara

Absolutely nothing to complain about. As a tourist transport provider, and according to my clients' reviews, Riad Al Hara is magnificent. I highly recommend it.

If I could give 100 points for service, I definitely would! Such amazing staff, very friendly and treat you like family! Always ready to help and will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The manager, Karima, is the kindest woman! Great location as well, very close to all of the attractions! If you want to stay in a riad then this is definitely the place!

Honestly It's a hotel just for sleeping. clean but uncomfortable bed, breakfast was bad. When we arrived at this hotel, the host told us It's a very safe area around the hotel, so my husband and I decided to walk to a restaurant to explore the city. Just 2 minutes after we left the hotel, a guy on a motorcycle suddenly snatched my iPhone from my hand and ran away. This happened right at the corner from the hotel. The neighbors who witnessed what just happened helped us call the police and informed us that this kind of incident occurs often in this area. In fact, it had happened at noon that same day, and it turns out it's not as safe as we were led to believe. I was really upset and disappointed that the host provided us with such misleading information. we have wasted for two days in police station. If anyone reading this comment is still considering staying at this hotel, I do not recommend walking on the street. It's better to take a taxi, even if the driver charges more than double the price. It's better to be safe.

WONDERFUL! What more can I say? Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The riad is magnificent, the staff is attentive and incredibly helpful. In short, we felt right at home... The rooms are air-conditioned, very spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily (with extra water and fruit provided). We enjoyed the varied and generous Moroccan breakfasts every day. Finally, arrival and departure were very easy as the riad took care of everything with a driver who picked us up at the airport. A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome.

As frequent visitors to Marrakech with our family, where we combine relaxation, sightseeing, spa treatments, and golf, we were looking for something different from the increasingly impersonal hotels and… WHAT A SURPRISE! A fantastic riad, absolute calm and serenity, with hospitality and kindness that would put the grand hotels of Marrakech to shame (and make our French hoteliers weep 😉). Traditional rooms with all modern comforts. A superb terrace-patio, perfect for breakfast, relaxing by the pool in the afternoon, or enjoying dinner – all these moments in complete tranquility. Breakfast and dinner are of very high quality and very generous portions. A high-quality spa with an intimate atmosphere. Karima, Mohamed, Ali, Hicham, Nadia, Litifa, Hind, and Oumkeltoum are incredibly attentive, showing boundless kindness and great generosity of spirit (I'm always so touched thinking about your surprise for my birthday). This is definitely our address in Marrakech. The LE TEXIER Family PS: Ideal location: 10-minute walk from Hivernage, Gueliz, the Medina, and Jemaa el-Fna square... For golfers: Direct access to the parking lot (no need to carry your bag)... 15 minutes by taxi to Amelkis/Le Royal... 20-25 minutes max to Royal Palm, Al Maaden, Assoufid, Samannah...

Exceptional riad. Karima goes above and beyond to satisfy her guests. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the service is impeccable. I had an excellent stay at this establishment.

Highly recommended. It's a relaxing oasis after a day exploring the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms and beds were the most comfortable of our entire trip. The area is close to the main tourist attractions but very peaceful.

Excellent experience at this beautiful Riad. We stayed in the Sultan Suite and it was incredible. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile. We'll definitely be back!
