Restaurant Palais Ismailia

We had a wonderful experience at Palais Ismailia. The service was exceptionally friendly, attentive and accommodating. Our wishes were taken into account, including those of our children, and we hardly had to wait at all. The food was excellent and, compared with other restaurants we visited during our trip through Morocco, particularly good. We especially enjoyed sitting on the beautiful rooftop terrace and had a very relaxed and enjoyable lunch there. A lovely place in Meknes that we would definitely recommen!

We ate with the tour group we were on. They served Moroccan salad and chicken tagine. Beautifully presented. They offer complimentary tea.

A very touristy restaurant, lots of groups, a place where tour bus drivers, van drivers, etc., stop tourists to eat. So the service is very, very fast, a ritual of tea and industrial fries with rice served with the kebabs; personally, I asked for couscous instead.

We ate there last Saturday as part of an excursion. The service was quick despite the restaurant being full. The meal was hearty and delicious, with a special mention for the chicken pastilla, which was outstanding. We recommend this establishment, which serves good food at reasonable prices.
