Honestly, the service was terrible. The treatment was zero. As for my patience, the food was good.

A very bad experience. We came to eat as a family three days before Eid, and were told that no cold drinks or water were available because they had already turned off the refrigerators since they would be closed for Eid. Frankly incomprehensible when they are still serving customers. The worst part was that the waiter offered no apology or consideration whatsoever, not even bothering to bring us a high chair despite our request. The tables didn't even have boxes of tissues, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Unprofessional service, poor organization, and a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I wasn't expecting this level of quality. Perfectly cooked, just the right amount of seasoning, a delight! Especially the grilled meats and the kunafa.

We ordered a mixed grill platter, it arrived within an hour, and they served us rice with it. I've always ordered it from them, and my husband used to get it without rice; it was great before, but now it's zero.

A quiet, clean restaurant with excellent service. The location is convenient. The food is delicious. I highly recommend it.
