However, I would like to share a small observation: in your absence, I noticed that the service sometimes lacked professionalism, especially in order handling. Occasionally, the orders of customers who arrived later were served before those of customers who were already waiting. I strongly encourage you to review this point with your team, as your way of welcoming us and managing the restaurant is precisely one of the reasons why we enjoy returning. Very disappointed with the quality. I ordered a cordon bleu taco, but I received one filled almost entirely with fries, with a truly insufficient amount of cordon bleu.
