Relooking Chez mouna

My mother-in-law went to this salon for a protein-based hair straightening treatment. They didn't explain anything to her beforehand. She had no idea her hair would change color after the "straightening"... It completely fried her hair, but the salon owner kept trying to convince her it was normal. When she got back to France, she tried to fix the disaster that had occurred at that salon. Nothing worked. Her hair was fried, the haircut was a complete mess, and the hair extensions they put in to try and salvage the damage fell out after 10 days, even though the owner said they were supposed to last three months. Please, next time, if you don't think you're capable of performing a service, it's best to avoid this place.

5 stars! A chic, clean, and relaxing salon—perfect for a pampering and relaxation experience. I was greeted by Aziza, who was very welcoming. She was meticulous, advised me on colors, and the application was flawless. She did a great job cleaning my cuticles, and was gentle and professional. Honestly, I have nothing but praise. She even offered me a complimentary drink. The service was excellent, and to finish, she gave me a shampoo and blow-dry, which was well done despite my unruly roots. My blow-dry was impeccable, and for the price, it was absolutely perfect! I've been to many salons before this one, and I won't be going anywhere else for long. ❤️

Literally would have happily paid double for the service. Professionalism, cleanliness at its best. I asked for a brow wax, pedi, and brushing and was not disappointed with any of the threw. Exceeded my expectations. Allah ya3tikom el sa7a
