Rafinity Marrakech

I recently ordered from Rafinity Marrakesh for the second time, and once again it was a very positive experience. The first time I ordered, FATI was extremely responsive, and my items arrived on time and looked beautiful. She even gave me a discount when I asked, which was very kind and made me feel appreciated as a customer. That experience is what made me come back for a second purchase. Even though I am not in Morocco, the entire process was smooth and straightforward. The transaction went perfectly and my order arrived without any issues. Overall, I am very happy with my purchases and the service from FATI in particular and I highly recommend Rafinity Marrakesh. I will definitely order from them again 🤍

Very nice staff, always there to help you choose what you need. Rafinity has the best models and quality! Happy with the purchase

Expected much more from this store. We came in without appointment for wedding rings. First of all the nice part of the store is closed and the normal store that is open does not look half as nice as you see on the pictures. Second, the 3 people working there ignored us for about a minute when we came in and were laughing and talking. There was nobody else in the store, A simple "welcome" would be appreciated. They sell 18k gold rings with zirkonia and in the other part of the store diamonds.
