I had the opportunity to meet personally with the doctor, who demonstrated remarkable availability and commendable professionalism. Calmly, precisely, and transparently, he took the time to answer each of my questions, providing detailed explanations on medical and technical aspects that I hadn't fully grasped in my initial reaction. Beyond the explanations provided, I particularly appreciated the human quality of this exchange: attentive listening, genuine consideration for the patient's concerns, and a sincere desire to establish a constructive and calm dialogue. This approach demonstrates a high sense of responsibility and a profound respect for the doctor-patient relationship.
