Some nurses are simply remarkable: kind, attentive, smiling, and understanding. They provide genuine comfort to both patients and their families. Others, however, adopt an attitude that is, if you'll pardon the expression, disconcertingly vulgar, far removed from the demands of their profession. Regarding the doctors, I would like to commend the neurologist and the cardiologist, who demonstrated competence, attentiveness, and compassion. On the other hand, my experience with the doctor in charge of intensive care was very difficult. From our very first exchange, when I simply asked my first question about my loved one's condition, I felt he was immediately defensive, even confrontational. Yet it was the first day in intensive care, a time when our family was deeply shaken by the severity of the stroke and needed, above all, explanations and support. Six days later, at my request, a second meeting took place. I felt he was trying to re-establish communication, which I appreciated. However, I also sensed that his ego remained very prominent, which made communication difficult. In my view, communication with families is an integral part of medical care, especially in a service as sensitive as intensive care. Loved ones are not trying to question the doctors' competence; they simply need to be listened to, informed transparently, and supported with empathy during one of the most trying periods of their lives. If I gave two stars, it is primarily due to my profound disappointment with the interactions with some members of the reception staff, some nurses, and the doctor in charge of intensive care. On the other hand, I will not presume to judge the quality of the medical care or the treatment decisions. I wish to remain neutral and objective on this point, as I lack the expertise and all the necessary information to evaluate it. My opinion focuses solely on the human aspect, communication, and support for families. In a service as sensitive as intensive care, where loved ones are going through an extremely difficult ordeal, listening, respect, empathy, and appropriate communication are, in my view, as essential as the care itself.
The staff, especially at reception, were a problem; I was very disappointed with their behavior.
Please my advice to everybody, don’t go there run away as you can I had a horrible experience with one of my family it was really awful Choose another hospital guys
During my trip to Agadir to explore the city, I suddenly became ill. As I was close to the hospital, I went to the reception desk and explained that I had international health insurance. I was then assisted by Asia, who provided outstanding support throughout my entire experience. From the very beginning, she welcomed me warmly and professionally. She contacted my insurance company, arranged my emergency consultation, coordinated all the necessary procedures, and followed my case from start to finish. She speaks more than five foreign languages, which made communication easy and reassuring. She was always attentive to my well-being, ensuring that all my examinations and treatment were completed smoothly. Before I left, she provided me with copies of all my medical reports and even arranged a taxi to take me back to my hotel. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Asia, the medical and nursing staff, and the entire Airvic Worldwide team for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional care. Thank you very much for making a difficult situation so much easier.
Got admitted with bad food poisoning, fever and blood pressure issues. Staff very attentive and caring. Gave me lots of tests and IV drips to help and did recover soon. Also the insurance liaison Assia Benzzin at the hospital was amazing at her job. Working past her finish time on my case, ordering pizza for dinner as no food and even messaging past work hours advising when I could get discharged following guarantee of payment. Staff all amazing. The hospital itself however had some facility issues like with toilets, bugs flying around and spotted 1 cockroach which not ideal. But my overall experience was good and was treated well by the staff.
During my trip to Agadir, I suffered from sunstroke and went to the emergency room at the Agadir Private Hospital. I want to sincerely thank the entire team for their excellent care and attention: reception, nurses, and the emergency room doctor. I especially want to highlight the work of their International Department, which efficiently managed the payment guarantee directly with my insurance company and supported me with empathy throughout the entire process. Thanks to their international professionalism, I now have a completely reliable contact for all my future trips to Agadir and the surrounding areas. Thank you so much for everything!
Run away. Long waits, poor treatment, lack of communication, and then high bills. Run to any other clinic.
Please don't go there!! Avoid it as much as possible. Disastrous service, especially at reception, and exorbitant prices compared to …
