Excellent service! I needed my order to arrive early, and the team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made sure everything was delivered on time, and the chocolates were amazing. Great customer service, great communication, and a wonderful overall experience. I highly recommend them and will definitely order again!

Excellent service client

I went to this shop to order personalised chocolate boxes for a dinner and had a tight three-day deadline. Everyone at the shop was very kind and really tried to help. However, I was informed today that they cannot personalise an order of only 20 boxes while I was actually waiting for a quote. I’m still unclear about this limitation. It’s unfortunate that the company’s requirements don’t allow for more flexibility, as I would have expected a minimum effort to accommodate small orders. That said, the lady I dealt with was extremely nice and resourceful, and the staff at the shop were truly lovely. I’m sharing this simply as an improvement point for the future. The chocolates are great, and the shop itself remains excellent but it should matches everybody’s needs.

I came for the “Dubai Chocolate”. I walked in and was warmly greeted by a woman. She was so nice and positive. She gave my husband and I a sample of chocolate as well that tasted amazing. I purchased two “Kunafa Pistache” bars and the first one was gone so quickly. I would highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a highly professional staff member named Kevin. His customer care is more than outstanding. With hubby on a work trip to Casablanca and me back in South Africa, wanting to do something special for him, the language barrier was more than challenging. Luckily, I got hold of Kevin. With back and forth between Whatssapp and the website, Kevin managed to get a lovely suprize to an appreciating husband. My order was very small, but me and my suprize was handled as if there was no price tag attached. Kevin, thank you for walking the extra mile. Even following up with the hotel to confirm that the package was delivered to my husband's hotel room. If I could give this establishment more stars, I would have. Feedback from hubby is, "mmmmm...this is some of the best chocolate I've ever tasted." Thank you again for top notch service
