A truly awful and incredibly frustrating experience, reflecting a shocking level of negligence and disrespect for patients. I clearly explained my circumstances before booking the appointment, stating that I was coming from a trip and had a flight that same day. I was given an appointment at 9:00 AM, supposedly the first one, to allow me time to organize my schedule. I arrived 10 minutes early out of respect, only to find there were patients ahead of me, completely contrary to what had been agreed upon. Even more disrespectful, the receptionist coldly informed me that the doctor doesn't arrive before 10:00 AM, despite my appointment being scheduled for 9:00 AM! I waited for an extended period without any consideration or even a simple apology, and the doctor didn't appear until after 11:00 AM. During this time, the clinic was overcrowded with patients, including elderly individuals, waiting in uncomfortable and completely disorganized conditions. Ultimately, after waiting for two hours, I had to leave the clinic without being seen because the situation was utterly chaotic and unbearable, and the doctor simply didn't show up. What happened wasn't just a delay; it was a blatant disregard for people's time, a complete lack of professionalism, and mismanagement unbecoming of a clinic that's supposed to provide humanitarian service above all else. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic, especially for those who value their time or are looking for a minimum of respect, organization, and humanity. } An extremely negative and deeply frustrating experience, revealing a flagrant lack of respect and professionalism. I had clearly explained my situation before making an appointment: I had just arrived from a trip and had a flight that same day. I arrive for 10 minutes in advance, in order to discover the surprise that the patients receive when they arrive, whichever one comes in handy. Please note that the secretariat has information with the difference that the medicine does not arrive at 10 a.m., but my repair will be fixed at 9 a.m. I have a long attendance without any excuse, and the medicine does not arrive until 11 a.m. At this time, the clinic is attached to a number of patients - including people's ages - attending in inconvenient conditions and without any apparent organization. I will finalize this decision without consulting, if the situation is difficult and unacceptable. It does not allow for a simple recovery, but it is necessary to fully respect the patients, provide adequate disorganization and complete absence of professionalism. I live this session with every person who respects the high temperatures and attends a minimum of the series.

A wonderful doctor and an even more wonderful reception. I swear to God, I'm a regular customer; I brought my mother, and they received me very well and treated me very well.
