Are the waiting room chairs for patients made of plastic??? You walk right past them and walk with a sciatica patient. I just want to know the difference between a public hospital and this one? We wait for more than five hours and then pay an additional 300 dirhams??? It's a disgrace! Fear God in your treatment of people.
As a patient, my experience with this institution has been disappointing, especially in the emergency department. It is unacceptable for patients to wait so long before being seen, with delays sometimes exceeding half an hour, even in urgent and painful cases such as burns or situations requiring immediate intervention. What's even more surprising is that, as I observed, the doctor might leave the emergency department and go to his private quarters within the institution, leaving the patient waiting until his return, despite the fact that the emergency department is supposed to be characterized by speed and immediate response. Furthermore, after receiving test results, patients may have to wait a considerable amount of time for the doctor to review them. Even simple administrative procedures, such as obtaining a reimbursement form, become burdensome due to the need to return multiple times and wait for the doctor each time. There is also the impression that some cases are not adequately explained to patients. For example, someone might arrive complaining of fatigue or symptoms related to vitamin or mineral deficiencies, only to find themselves presented with suggestions for tests or hospitalization at high costs, without sufficient explanation of the simpler options available or better guidance. Regarding patient care, the way patients are communicated with needs improvement, especially the manner of speaking and the attitude of some staff members in the emergency department. Patients sometimes feel unappreciated, as if they are merely a number, despite arriving in a state of fear and pain and paying for treatment. I hope the administration will improve the quality of reception, the speed of handling urgent cases, the way patients are communicated with, and ensure that patient dignity and respect are among its top priorities.
I thank the entire team, especially the intensive care unit, who took care of my mother, admitted for respiratory distress. Everything was in good condition, alhamdulillah.
I took my baby back to this facility and had a terrible experience. 😡 The staff didn't seem to know how to use the equipment. They even called another facility on WhatsApp to ask how to use the IV machine. The nurses themselves told me they had no experience and didn't know how to use it. My baby wouldn't stop crying; it was a disaster. They gave my baby an injection without even asking for my permission. I wasn't asked for my consent. Furthermore, the way they spoke to patients was disrespectful and rude. I also noticed a worrying lack of hygiene. I didn't see the doctor use hand sanitizer before touching my baby. I saw him smoke and then come back to take care of my baby without sanitizing his hands. Moreover, there wasn't even any hand sanitizer available in the room. Frankly, I felt like I was dealing with people who don't know what they're doing. I'm very disappointed and worried about patient safety. If you want to die, come to this place.
A CLINIC UNLIKE ANY OTHER I swear on my granddaughters' lives that I'm not advertising to them, it's the PURE truth. Currently, I've been transferred from the resuscitation unit to a room dedicated to intensive care (in the unit there was a male team, here it's a female team; only the kamikaze of intensive care, Mr. TAWFIK / He was at the Military Hospital / and Dr. EL KABBAJ will come to visit you). And it's ANOTHER symphony under the baton of HAYAT (who delivered the majority of the children of the new generation) and LAMYAE, two true conductors; orchestra composed of omnis nurses present on every call LET’S TALK ABOUT CUISINE AND MENUS A real restaurant Each patient has their own menu and à la carte please.
My brother was admitted yesterday for surgery. The reception from Madam Lamia and the nurses on the third floor was truly wonderful. They calmed him down and provided all the support he and we, his companions, needed. A thousand thanks to Madam Lamia and Mr. Tariq for their efforts, and to all the wonderful nurses. Congratulations to the city of Ouezzane on this medical facility, and many thanks to Professor El Baqqali for this achievement.
