A very bad and disappointing experience. After a long search, I found essential medication for a child and provided all the necessary documentation, but help was refused without any compassion or consideration for the situation. It's regrettable that this is how things are treated in a place that is supposed to be a refuge for the sick. It was inhumane and, unfortunately, an unforgettable experience. Many other residents have also complained about the same problem at this pharmacy. I absolutely do not recommend it. This kind of treatment leaves a feeling of anger and injustice, especially when it involves a child who desperately needs medication, which is completely unacceptable.
