The first and last time I'll ever go to this pharmacy. The pharmacist recommended a Puressentiel product as a flea repellent, even though it's effective against mosquitoes. He delivered it an hour later, and after I'd done some research, I returned the product unopened. He told me it was against the law to return this type of product, even though it's absolutely impossible that I could have soiled it or opened it in any way. It's a spray bottle that doesn't open. To top it all off, he charged me 320 dirhams, when after checking, I found that the family size costs 260 dirhams. A complete rip-off.

I am extremely disappointed by this experience. My 4-year-old child was prescribed inappropriate treatment, including an antihistamine with no indication for allergy and at an excessive dosage, which led to adverse effects (palpitations, agitation). A nasal corticosteroid was also recommended without any real justification given his condition. After noticing these symptoms, I returned to ask for an explanation, but I was met with a complete lack of understanding and an inappropriate attitude. Instead of a professional discussion, I was repeatedly told that as a "doctor" or pharmacist, he couldn't make mistakes, which is incomprehensible: any healthcare professional can make a mistake; the essential thing is to acknowledge it, explain it, and correct it. The tone used was aggressive, and the situation degenerated into an unpleasant scene, with no attempt at calming or supporting me. After consulting several healthcare professionals, it was confirmed to me that the treatment was not appropriate for a child in this context. This approach, devoid of self-reflection or respect for the client, falls short of the expected standards of medical or pharmaceutical support. Health, especially children's health, demands rigor, humility, and a strong sense of responsibility, far beyond a simple sales strategy. Furthermore, I possess evidence and information to support all of the aforementioned facts.

Bad experience with the staff at this pharmacy: unprofessional welcome and lack of courtesy.
