Unprofessional employees lacking even the most basic principles of respect and courtesy. Please take this situation into consideration.

The staff there are unprofessional and disrespectful. They seem to favor a specific group. My mother went there with the doctor’s stamped prescription, which clearly gave her the right to receive the prescribed medication, yet the employees had a different opinion. They started asking inappropriate and deeply personal questions such as: “Do you earn less than 3000 dirhams?” and “Is your husband alive or deceased?” These kinds of questions are completely unacceptable and insensitive, especially when they reopen painful memories. On top of that, the doctor prescribed a specific medication in a larger size, but they gave her a smaller one instead and told her: “Take this and be grateful you even found it. You could come back later and not even find the small one.” And let’s not even talk about the strange looks and attitude. Honestly, I could not tell whether I was accompanying my mother to a pharmacy or to a disrespectful street market. To the doctor in charge, please speak with your employees and provide them with proper training on how to treat patients with respect and humanity. People do not come to you for entertainment; they come because they are sick and in need of help, not unnecessary comments or insensitive remarks.
