Pharmacie Riad Temara

I am absolutely furious with this pharmacy. I booked a very important injection for this medication and had planned my other commitments around it. Yesterday, I was promised it would be ready in an hour, so I agreed to come back in the morning. But this morning, I was asked to wait even longer, and I missed my appointment, as well as my other commitments. This is the second time this has happened, and the person who served me showed no consideration whatsoever. This lack of professionalism has completely destroyed my trust, and I will never go back.

The only pharmacy in the Riyad Temara residential complex. We had hoped this pharmacy would meet the required standards to serve the residents' needs and provide the same level of service as other pharmacies in other areas that we used to frequent. Unfortunately, the service is poor and the treatment is appalling. The woman working there makes you feel like you're in a flea market, not a pharmacy that respects itself and its customers. This is the testimony of most residents. To be honest, the owner is responsible, respectful, and has high morals and conducts herself well. However, many serious observations and errors haven't reached the owner to correct what needs correcting or to address what needs addressing because the woman working there has gone so far as to tamper with some medications. Some customers want to contact the owner to inquire, file a complaint, or clarify some confusion, but the woman always denies that the owner is present, that she can't give you her phone number, and that she is the one in charge. This is detrimental to the business.

The bandage you bought from me is secured with tape, which is clearly visible on security cameras, as seen in the picture. Secondly, as a pharmacy worker, I cannot distribute the doctor's phone number to customers.

I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for quality service and a competent team.

I recently discovered this pharmacy and I'm already very happy with it! The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to help (especially the head pharmacist). The product range is varied and of high quality. I particularly appreciate the helpfulness and kindness of the employees.
