Excellent service

A very bad experience. We waited over 15 minutes before finally receiving his medication. My father, who suffers from epilepsy, had brought his prescription and national health insurance card with him. The pharmacist and his assistant were very unpleasant and disrespectful. The assistant spoke as if she knew more than the neurologist who prescribed the medication, which was very inappropriate. You don't speak to a patient who needs their medication that way. If there are procedures to follow, they can be explained respectfully and professionally. Unfortunately, that was not at all the attitude we encountered. I do not recommend this pharmacy.
