What people mention
The worst pharmacy in all of Kenitra! I called them to ask a question and they told me to stop working, that they had people waiting, and to call the delivery person. They didn't even know what I wanted to ask. May God suffice us, and He is the best disposer of affairs. If someone can't handle a job, they shouldn't even bother going into it in the first place. Plus, they have no focus whatsoever, they don't explain how to use the medication at all. I don't recommend dealing with them.
good
The Ismailia pharmacy is a disaster in every sense of the word. The people there have absolutely no sense of responsibility; all they care about is making a sale, even at the expense of people's health. I asked for a 0.05% cream, and they gave me 0.25% without even checking or explaining, as if they were experimenting on people. To make matters worse, I bought medication for 2500 dirhams, and the doctor had specified what I should start taking first, but the pharmacist confidently told my husband the opposite! If I hadn't remembered my medication, my condition would have worsened due to their negligence. This type of pharmacy needs to be held accountable because playing with people's health isn't business, and ignorance about medication can ruin a life. I don't recommend it. I hope there will be some oversight of these unregulated pharmacies.
Mrs. Klyana came to your place for 8 dirhams. She told you to come in the morning, and you told her to find a way to get it and come. That's inhumane.
The worst pharmacy I've ever known. It's more accurately described as a 100% commercial establishment. They exploit people's illnesses and suffering by selling unrelated products, especially when it comes to prescriptions. If the prescribed medication isn't available, they'll sell you a generic drug without your permission and without giving you a chance to consult your doctor, who is the only one who knows your health condition and is the only one qualified to advise you on whether this medication is appropriate or not.
If it were possible, I would give it 0 stars. This pharmacy should be closed for their poor customer service and treatment of patients, when the customer is king. Worst pharmacy. I don't recommend it. If a patient came to get their medication for free, we could understand the poor treatment. You pay your money, and they add insult to injury by giving you medication that you can't afford without consulting a doctor. Pharmacies like this should be shut down.
They have almost nothing in stock and it feels more like a shop than a pharmacy; moreover, the attitude and interaction are unpleasant.
