As a loyal customer of Getwell SARL pharmacy for 10 years, I am disappointed by the service I received today. For a simple administrative formality concerning a 200 DH purchase in Casablanca, I was met with a flat refusal, without any explanation. It is regrettable that such a request, which has no impact on the pharmacy, was treated with such little consideration for a long-standing customer. I expected more consideration from your team.
