A very bad experience. I only needed one unit of insulin, but the pharmacy refused to sell it to me and forced me to buy five units, even though they were available. It's regrettable to make access to such an essential treatment conditional on purchasing a quantity the patient doesn't want. I find this behavior unprofessional and contrary to the patient's best interests. A pharmacy should prioritize access to treatments and service for patients rather than forcing unwanted purchases. I'm very disappointed by this experience.
