I'm very disappointed with this on-call pharmacy, even though it's the only one open in the area! There's no one at the counter, you wait, you ring the bell, and nothing... Maybe the person is asleep, I don't know, but when you're on call, you should be available for emergencies. It's unacceptable, especially when you urgently need medication.
