This pharmacy's service is extremely poor and unprofessional. I'm allergic to Ponstyl, and they gave me Profenid, which is very dangerous for my condition and caused me complications. When I went back to correct the mistake, they refused to refund my money and forced me to take another medication instead (conditional sale). Honestly, this is disrespectful to the patient and a disregard for health. Be careful before you buy any medication from them. In response to the pharmacy management's threat of legal action: Recounting the true events I experienced as a consumer is not defamation, but rather a guaranteed right to share my opinion. The professional error of dispensing an allergy-causing medication poses a direct health risk. Furthermore, refusing a refund and forcing the customer to take another product falls under the category of conditional sale, which is prohibited by consumer protection laws. Instead of resorting to threats, the first thing you should have done was review your security camera footage, which documented the entire incident, in addition to the testimonies of the witnesses who were with me and saw what happened.
