Pharmacie Al Arabi

Today I went to the pharmacy to buy medication I urgently needed, especially during this holiday period. Unfortunately, I felt the reception wasn't warm, and the service wasn't as kind and respectful as I expected, which surprised me a bit. I fully understand that the holiday season can be busy and stressful, but I believe every customer deserves to be treated with patience and respect, especially when it comes to obtaining important medication. I simply hope this observation will be taken into consideration to improve the experience for all customers, as good service is absolutely essential, particularly in healthcare establishments.
