I was a regular customer at this bakery, and each time I was surprised to find insects or bits of butter inside their products. Each time, the shop managers offered strange excuses. When I filed a complaint with the bakery management, my complaint was met with all sorts of extreme mistreatment, unfortunately. This bakery lacks basic hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.
