26 Dec 2025I bought two croissants at the Bourgrag Bakery. A 5-dirham coin fell under the counter inside the shop, and when I pointed it out to the employees, their response was unprofessional: "That's not our problem." Even though 5 dirhams is nothing, the way you speak to a customer should always be respectful. Their attitude displayed a certain air of superiority and a lack of respect for customers. This attitude needs improvement.
