Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. First, the appointment management was very poor. I had to wait over 45 minutes, only to be told to come back later. I was also unhappy with the final result of my eyebrows. When I reached out to express my concerns, I sent several photos clearly showing a large gap in my brows. The only response I received was, “At the end of the appointment, you said you liked them.” After taking a closer look at home, I realized the result was not what I expected. On top of that, I developed bumps that did not go away for over a week after the treatment. I informed the salon and sent photos, but I never received any follow-up. My messages were simply seen and ignored. What disappointed me the most was not only the quality of the service but also the lack of customer care afterward. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a customer’s concerns instead of trying to resolve them is unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
