Worst experience. doctor wafae don’t care about my illness i back to here for the second time and she don’t take my case seriously.

The service was very awful , the doc treats people like rubbish.

Extremely disappointing experience. The entire staff, including the doctors, displayed a profound lack of respect for patients. The organization of the service is catastrophic: an appointment is scheduled for a procedure, but once you arrive, you are simply given a ticket and left to wait your turn, as if the appointment served no purpose whatsoever. We waited for hours without any information or consideration. The most shocking aspect was the way we were treated: several staff members shouted at us, without the slightest respect or empathy. We felt like we were being treated like animals. In a healthcare facility, where patients are already in a vulnerable position, such behavior is simply inhumane. I highly recommend this eye clinic. Professor Mansouri is known as the best in the field of ophthalmology, and the clinic is well equipped with all of the equipment needed for even the most complicated eye problems. The staff at the clinic is amazing as well. My daughter was having a complicated eye test done, and the young lady at the reception was very helpful in explaining it to me, and all of the doctors, nurses, and technicians involved in the testing were kind, patient, and professional. This is the clinic to visit in Marrakech for all of your eye health concerns.

My experience in this clinic was very positive. I would recommend you Mahe an appointment. Dr. Younes is a very competent, well mannered and helpful professional. He listened and answered all my questions in good English. I have serious issues with my eyes, and his treatment and advice were very helpful and appreciated. In a year I will go back for a check up. The facilities in this clinic are very up to date. The staff was friendly.
