As a regular customer since the opening, I have to say that some of the actual employees are rude and unprofessional, they still have thow one of the best coffee beans in the city. Ya hassra ala ayam Ziggy, professional and polite. I hope the owner will manage this.

I’m a loyal customer of this place and usually visit quite often, either with friends or alone. I’ve always enjoyed the experience—the food has consistently been great. However, recently the service has noticeably declined. On my latest visit, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with a waiter who was rude and unprofessional. He asked me and my friend if another customer could join our table, even though we had already declined and there were other available seats in the venue. After our refusal, his attitude became openly disrespectful. We also fully respected the café’s policy regarding a second order after an hour and a half, even though it was originally intended only for computer users or students, which we were not. After more than two years of being a regular customer, this experience was very disappointing, and unfortunately I no longer feel comfortable returning.

Very unpleasant experience, I went in to buy ground coffee, I spoke arabic and the girl who was serving me kept correcting my very clear words, in a very impolite way, then when I wanted to pay she and her colleague made a silly joke for me asking her about the change which is my right no matter how small it is ! Service is horrible !
