Bad service and baristas , waiting way to much for the simple food they give.

The customer service on the restaurant’s rooftop was outstanding. The staff were incredibly respectful, friendly, and welcoming, making me feel as if I were in another world. A special thanks to Bilal, the young man who served my order He was exceptionally kind, polite, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable I will definitely keep coming back whenever I have the chance.

some o'belvedere rooftop maths for you ladies and gents: if you're 1 person: you have to order 5 items to be seated if you're 2 people: it's ok to only order 2 items why? because "this is a family space. 4 or 5 people, not one person" I wouldn't have minded other people sitting next to me if space is the issue tables had an average of 2 customers not a single table had 5 items never setting a foot there again

The waiter didn't give us a receipt when we ordered, and when it came time to pay, he asked for more time, showing us a receipt he'd pulled from his pocket, crossed out with a pen, where only the total amount was legible. Another time, we paid the bill with a 200 dirham note, and the waiter gave us change as if we'd given him a 100 dirham note. The manager should sort this out.

I really loved the service, the waiter was really nice and friendly, his name was issam, i really loved being served by him. The food was kind of good but i will never forget the smile and the good words said.
