Having visited many hammams and massage parlors in Oujda over the past 30 years, this one is by far the best. The place is very clean, the staff is very professional and discreet. The value for money is unbeatable. I recommend it 100%. Just to clarify, I am a woman; the Google account belongs to my husband.

Disappointed by my experience at Nuyu Hammam. There was no explanation of how the service would work. Luckily, I opted for a standard package, which didn't justify the price, and the service was extremely minimal, even the bathing process... the hammam itself was over in under 15 to 20 minutes. I was also surprised to see the staff members lounging on the sofa at the entrance. I don't mind rest periods, but they should be in a designated area. Finally, the hygiene of the place needs improvement: dust in several areas, dirty floors... and herbal tea served in a cup that looked like it hadn't been washed 😵‍💫🤮 I've attached a photo. It's a shame, this experience hasn't made me want to try the other services.

Today, Ibtissam took care of me with great care and professionalism. She gave me a beautiful BIAB manicure and pedicure, paying meticulous attention to detail. I also enjoyed a moisturizing hair treatment followed by a gorgeous, perfectly executed wavy blow-dry. To finish, we had my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I highly recommend this salon.

I strongly advise against going to this salon. I went there for highlights and a layered, tapered cut, for a total of 1300 dirhams (approximately €130), a very high price considering the result. The cut is absolutely nothing like what I asked for: * It's asymmetrical, with the right side longer than the left; * It's not a true layered cut; * The hair was shortened at the back, whereas the volume and length should have been maintained at the back and thinned out towards the front. As for the highlights, the result was also very disappointing. At the front, there were large patches of color with no blending or natural gradient, like a simple coloring without any highlighting technique. Given the price, I expected a professional service that accurately reflected my request. Unfortunately, the quality was completely lacking. This salon should pay much more attention to the quality of its services and offer results that match the prices charged.

Honestly, avoid this place at all costs. If you care even a little about your hair, steer clear. I came in for a hair and color service with clear expectations… and the result is simply catastrophic. Nothing matches what I asked for, or even what I promised. The color is far from perfect, the finishing touches are sloppy, and there's a clear lack of skill in even basic techniques. But the worst part is the customer service. No self-reflection, no solutions offered for such a disappointing result. You almost get the impression that you're a nuisance. In short: neither the technique, nor the result, nor the service are up to par. A very bad experience that I absolutely do not recommend.
