Nouba Restaurant Marrakech

Absolutely appalling behaviour after we paid for the show and couldn’t see it because we were seated facing the wall. Paid for something we couldn’t watch. Then favouritism or what when the waiters friends turn up they automatically make space for 6 same as us and move tables and chairs. Absolute bollocks. Staff very unprofessional and have no manners in how to talk or communicate without a stuck up face. I think we paid in advance and they thought they could take the piss and advantage. Waste of money. Ruined our view of Morocco. Manager acted like a complete muppet. Front reception an absolute shambles when we turned up and had booked 3 days in advance they never had a table for us or did they give it to one of there own. Hope they go under. Acts sounded so off. The singers sounded like karaoke in a pub. They moved us 3 times and all 3 times were the same except the inconvenience of moving with 4 young kids.

We had such a lovely experience at Nouba. A special thank you to Moatassim and Marzouk, who looked after us throughout the evening — they were incredibly kind, attentive, professional and made us feel very welcome. The whole team was amazing, from the waiters to the security staff. Everyone was friendly, respectful, helpful and absolutely impeccable in the way they treated us. The service really made our evening even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Nouba team for making us feel so comfortable and well looked after. We would definitely come back! ❤️

Overall, it was a good experience, but don’t come here for the food or you'll likely be disappointed. While the starters were good, the main courses and desserts were quite mediocre. The servers are very kind, though they seemed a bit overworked. What truly makes this place is the show. Even though our table wasn't close to the stage, we still had a great time. The female singer struggled a bit and forgot some lyrics, which was more funny than annoying. However, the male singer was the hero of the night—his voice is incredible! The dancers were also impressive and gave it their all.

The food was ok. You are not paying for the food when you come to this place. You are paying for the show, the experience. The show is very entertaining! Beware ordering anything extra! We had 2 bottles of regular bottled water and it cost 180 MAD... over $18 American dollar. 🫣😵🥴🥺 It was a great experience and I'm glad that I went, but it will be a once in a lifetime experience for me.

Absolutely amazing experience! The restaurant had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the food was outstanding. A special thank you to Stmo-Camika who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His service was attentive, friendly and genuinely caring. He is a true asset to the team. We will definitely be back!
