Very disappointing experience We placed our food order and then waited for almost two hours without receiving anything During that entire time there was no proper update or explanation about why the order was taking so long Waiting this long after having our order taken is simply unacceptable Unfortunately the lack of service completely ruined the experience I really hope they improve their organization and communication with customers

The restaurant was clean, the service was excellent, and the food was very good, thank you very much.

Very quiet restaurant, lovely cuisine. Prices were a bit high, but very, very good. A good choice.

Upon arrival, the servers looked at us, then were completely ignorant and disorganized. We waited two hours for our meal, repeatedly asking for our food, only to be told to wait. The royal soup was far too salty. We also ordered the beef noodles, but the plate was dirty and the dish had been taken from another table. The portion was small, the beef undercooked, and there was no broth. The fresh sushi was also lukewarm and tasteless, and we only received half the amount—20 pieces instead of 26. We had to ask for more. In short, never go there; it's disgusting and awful. I wonder what goes on in the kitchen… Absolutely terrible.

It took two hours for our food and drinks to arrive. The service was terrible, and the food left much to be desired for the price.

Very disappointing. We arrived and had to wait 30 minutes before we could even place our order. Meanwhile, three tables that arrived after ours had already ordered and received their food, while we had to wait an hour and a half for ours. The service is truly appalling. Everything is incredibly slow, and it feels like there's only one person taking orders and managing the entire service. Unfortunately, this is absolutely not a place I would recommend, and we won't be returning. It's a real shame because with faster and better-organized service, the experience could have been much better.

Disastrous restaurant, two-hour wait for tasteless sushi, the noodles were equally awful, avoid at all costs!!
