Frankly, a lounge experience like this is very disappointing, especially for a space that bills itself as an “Executive Lounge.” You can post a more structured and professional review like this: Very bad experience at Aspire Executive Lounges. The service is extremely limited for a lounge that's supposed to be “premium.” Almost no food is available on-site: only water, soft drinks, and coffee. To eat, you have to order snacks from outside, and even then, only one order is allowed per person. The level of service is far below international business lounge standards. In my opinion, either this lounge needs a complete overhaul, or its access should be revised to reach a true “lounge dining” level.

Honestly, my experience fell far short of my expectations. The massage was clearly unprofessional; the movements were neither skillful nor relaxing, and I felt no sense of well-being whatsoever during the session. Instead of relaxing, I remained stressed from beginning to end. On top of that, the massage was shorter than expected, which was truly disappointing. I felt like everything was rushed, without attention to detail or my comfort. What also bothered me was that she talked constantly. A massage is supposed to be a moment of calm and relaxation, but I couldn't disconnect or find any mental rest. Frankly, I don't recommend this experience. I was hoping for a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

I went to the hammam there today and I have to say it was fantastic! I even found it better than other providers there that offer the same service. Ma shaa Allah.

I was shocked by the behavior of the salon manager, a certain Malika. She rules her staff with an iron fist. I saw her shoving and manhandling a Vietnamese woman who didn't understand what she wanted! The clients who complained because the air conditioning wasn't working were also subjected to harsh treatment! Malika should know that in Morocco, you don't hit your staff! I'm going to file a complaint to make sure this never happens again!
