I was very disappointed by this experience. The facial treatment was a disaster from start to finish, lacking any seriousness or professionalism. The result was absolutely not up to expectations, especially considering the price. On top of that, the price agreed upon beforehand was not the same once I arrived, which is truly dishonest. There was no transparency whatsoever. They quoted you one price, then tried to charge you another. When I simply wanted to express my dissatisfaction in a comment on their social media, instead of taking responsibility, they deleted my comment and then blocked me. A very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude towards customers. I strongly advise against this establishment; they lack professionalism, dishonesty, and respect for their customers.
