Bad experience, doctors are rudely disrespectful. Nice on the outside, but that's all there is to it.

Avoid at all costs! If I could, I'd give zero stars. The emergency room at this hospital is a nightmare. No drinking water for patients (we're supposed to bring our own from home, what a joke!) and no way to buy any nearby. I arrived on a Saturday at 3 a.m.: the emergency room was full, but there was no doctor. He was resting upstairs, apparently… Once my sister was seen, she wasn't even examined and was given three IV drips that were ultimately inserted incorrectly, causing her entire arm to swell. Let's not even mention the state of the room she was treated in. Finally, a doctor saw her and prescribed a treatment that had absolutely nothing to do with her problem. I had to point out to him that this treatment was completely inappropriate. At this point, we were almost wondering who the doctor in the room was… We were there for three hours for nothing: my sister came home in the same state she was in when she arrived at the ER: still in pain. In short, a disaster!

I need to have an MRI for my prostate... I went to make an appointment. At reception, they told me it wasn't possible at the moment, without giving me any reason! I insisted... so the receptionist took my phone number and said: "We'll call you, sir, you can go!"... And I'm waiting... But illness doesn't wait!

The hospital is very bad, the system is stupid, some doctors are friendly but others are not. From the outside it looks new and modern but in reality it is chaos and the doctors don't care what happens to you. Never going back.
