I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. The reception was definitely not up to my expectations. Not speaking Arabic, communication with the staff was quite difficult, which didn't facilitate discussion or help them understand what I wanted. A few days after my visit, I unfortunately discovered that my hair had been badly cut. And when I went to pay, I was also charged twice. I was eventually refunded in cash, but I still find it outrageous that an employee didn't know how to properly use a card reader and didn't check the payment. It's all the more disappointing because the salon communicates very well on its social media and projects a very professional image. Unfortunately, my experience there didn't reflect that image at all. I expected much better.

This thoughtful gesture touched us deeply ❤️ And what a lovely surprise: she gave me a beautiful bracelet, a sweet gesture I won't forget 🥰✨ not to mention a coffee 🤩 The whole team is truly lovely, welcoming, smiling, and attentive. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place! Thank you again for your kindness and generosity ❤️🌸

Worst salon I've ever seen. They gave me permanent eyelash extensions that lasted two days and were barely noticeable, and they were way too expensive for the quality. They also gave me false nails that broke. I'm so disappointed. Zero value for money. 👎🏽 …
