Our experience with Agdal Clinic was extremely painful and disappointing. We were initially given an appointment for urgent surgery, but it was later changed and eventually canceled because we were told the doctor had an emergency. Later, we came to understand that there may not have been space available in the operating schedule, which left us feeling misled and confused. After this, her condition worsened and she was admitted to the ICU. During this period, three different doctors gave us very different opinions regarding her condition, which made the situation even more difficult for our family. The doctor who was expected to perform the surgery never came to speak with us directly or explain what happened. Communication and transparency were very poor throughout the process. When she sadly passed away, we were told that her condition had been critical. As a family, we are left with many unanswered questions about the delays and decisions that were made. We are sharing this review because families deserve clear communication, honesty, and compassionate care during critical situations.

I have had two PET Scans and each time I was treated well. I do not understand Arabic or French so was delighted to be able to communicate in English. I find the dr and staff very courteous and they keep me informed as to my results.

Efficient treatment. Staff all friendly.

I have been to the eye and vision section today. My wife and I were poorly treated and the staff is not only rude but also incompetent. Will never step foot there again.

This Clinique is great, the doctors are real professional, very competent. They visit their patients several times a day. The nurses were always attentive and helpful with their beautiful smile. The cleaning staff was very thorough. After leaving the Clinique the doctors are still looking after me. Thanks to every one.
