I'm delighted with the level of service provided. Many thanks to Mr. Ashraf for his friendliness and hospitality, and to the entire team. The hostel is comfortable and welcoming, making you feel at home. It has a lovely lounge for relaxing, socializing, and getting to know each other. A highly satisfying experience! A flawless stay at this superb, ideally located haven in the heart of the capital. The staff were welcoming, responsive, and professional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable (I'm uncompromising when it comes to bedding quality, and this one perfectly met my standards). I will definitely return on each of my stops in Rabat.

A Luxurious Experience in an Intimate Atmosphere I just spent a wonderful few days at the Makass Appart Hotel in Hay Riad, Rabat, and I felt compelled to share my experience. The hotel's intimate atmosphere, with only about 20 rooms, makes it feel even more special and personal. The comfort of the bedding and the quality of the linens were exceptional, making each night a truly relaxing escape. Furthermore, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs, adding to the hotel's warm ambiance. (Big shout-out to Rabie!) We had a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room, but it was resolved so quickly and efficiently by the hotel staff that it actually enhanced the positive experience rather than detracting from it. Their genuine desire to ensure our comfort and satisfaction was much appreciated. In short, our stay at the Makass Appart Hotel was a memorable experience, combining luxury, comfort, and the warm welcome of the staff. We spent two months there. The apartment is modern, comfortable, well-located, and well-secured day and night. The housekeeping is well-supervised by Ms. Meriem and her team. The welcome and service are five-star, overseen by Mr. Achraf. Access to main roads, grocery stores, and restaurants is very easy. We recommend it without hesitation.

I warn you, they are not trustworthy. They scammed me and didn't return my money. Since they are so greedy and deceitful, they are capable of anything. You might be in your apartment with no privacy. Someone who deceives you is capable of anything, so beware of them. It's best to avoid them.
